Quality Improvement Specialist
CCWNC is seeking to fill a Quality Improvement
Specialist. Ideal candidate will have of 2 years of work experience with
responsibilities in the following areas: process improvement, systems analysis,
graphical display of information, report writing, public speaking, group
leadership and facilitation, and demonstrated problem solving skills.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Nursing or other health related field.
This position has one year of funding guaranteed.

HealthNet Clinical Outreach Coordinator
CCWNC is seeking to fill a Clinical Outreach Coordinator position for the HealthNet program. The ideal candidate has experience working with patients in the medical or public health fields, strong interpersonal skills, and strong computer skills with attention to details. Regional position with some travel required.
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalency, undergraduate work in healthcare or social work preferred.
Minimum years of experience: 1 year

CCWNC is seeking to fill two Care Manager positions in the Central Region (Buncombe County). These are temporary positions where funding is available until the end of the fiscal year (6/30/14).
